Green Food Week 2025
Aware of the impact that food has on both the environment and health, EDISU Piemonte is once again participating in the Green Food Week, scheduled from April 7th to 11th and promoted by Foodinsider, to encourage Italian canteens to offer more sustainable and planet-friendly menus.
This year, EDISU Piemonte supports the importance of rediscovering the Mediterranean diet, highlighting legumes, seasonal and local foods grown sustainably. The initiative also focuses on the fight against food waste, which contributes to 8% of CO₂ emissions.
