SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONAL RANKINGS FOR PHD AND SPECIALISATION SCHOOLS STUDENTS
Starting from 12:00 PM on March 20, 2025, the provisional rankings will be available online for students requesting the benefit as doctoral candidates and specialization school attendees
HOW TO CHECK THE RESULTS
Log in to the Online Desk (section “Scholarships, accommodation services, food services”) and click on the “Check the ranking” option.
In the provisional ranking, there are two possible outcomes:
- Eligible: You meet the requirements specified in the call. You must check that all the data is correct and wait for the publication of the definitive ranking.
- Excluded: You do not meet the requirements specified in the call or you have made material errors during the application process. If the errors can be corrected during the complaint phase, the status “can be corrected by complaint” will be indicated.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted to correct any exclusions, if you believe you meet the requirements, and/or to correct/modify data, even if you have been deemed eligible.
Appeals must be submitted online by 12:00 PM on April 4, 2025, using the specific online procedure available on the page where you check the provisional ranking results.
For the complaint submission, please refer to Article 7, paragraph 6 of the call for applications.
With regard to the complaint procedure concerning financial data, please note that the ISEE Dottorato with the “nucleo ristretto” (restricted household) option submitted must be valid. Please note that, if submitting a new ISEE Dottorato certificate with the “nucleo ristretto” (restricted household) option for year 2025 by means of a complaint, any scholarship amount will also have to be modified with reference to the fiscal year 2023.
The definitive rankings will take into account the results of the complaints lodged against the provisional rankings and any further checks with the Universities
If you do not correct any exclusions during the complaint phase, you will be excluded from the benefit.
If no complaint is submitted, it will be understood that you have acknowledged and accepted the outcome of the provisional ranking.
SELF-CERTIFICATION OF PAID ACCOMMODATION
To be eligible for the amount intended for “non-resident” students (Art. 5 of the notice of competition), you must self-certify your paid accommodation from March 20 to April 10, 2025 (12:00 PM) through the specific procedure available on your personal online page.
If you do not self-certify paid accommodation, you will be considered for the amount intended for “commuter” students.

FINAL RESULTS
The definitive scholarship rankings will be published on April 30, 2025.
