2024-2025 DEFINITIVE SCHOLARSHIP RANKING LIST
From 12:00 PM on 16 December 2024, the definitive scholarship rankings will be available.
These rankings include all the students who applied for a scholarship for a bachelor’s degree, a single-cycle master’s degree or a master’s degree, except for those who have already been declared winners in previous rankings.
Log in to your Online personal page and in the “Scholarships, Accommodation Service, Food Service” section, click on the link “Check the rankings.”
There are 4 possible results in these rankings:
- WINNER: You meet the requirements of the notice of competition and you are entitled to receive the scholarship.
- ELIGIBLE: You meet the requirements of the notice of competition but you cannot benefit from the scholarship due to exhausted available resources. New rankings will be published when additional funds become available.
- SUSPENDED: You did not complete the enrollment by 30 November 2024, or you were enrolled conditionally due to a lack of a visa or failure to submit foreign documents to the University, or you requested credit recognition (for a transfer or career shortening) but you did not obtain it by 30 November 2024. You will be considered in the provisional rankings on 20 March 2025 and in the final rankings on 30 April 2025.
- EXCLUDED: You do not meet the requirements of the notice of competition and/or did not rectify any material errors in the application through a complaint. The reason for exclusion is indicated under the result.
IMPORTANT: If you are assigned a bed in an Edisu residence, and you are listed as excluded in the final scholarship rankings, you must vacate the room within 3 working days due to the loss of requirements. You will also be required to pay Edisu €8,18 for each day of your stay in the residence. If marked as “suspended,” only if you are excluded in the April 30, 2025, rankings, you must leave the residence and will be required to pay Edisu €8,18 for each day of your stay.
20% Scholarship Increase for Enrollment in a Second Course
If you requested a 20% increase for enrollment in a second course, you will see a dual result: one related to the scholarship application for the first course and the other related to the request for the increase for the second course mentioned in the application. For the increase, you may be listed as “winner,” “eligible,” or “excluded.”
PAID ACCOMMODATION FOR NON-RESIDENT STUDENTS
For students who have not submitted a declaration or have declared a contract covering less than 10 months and for “suspended” students we remind that it will be possible to declare the paid accommodation from 20 March to 10 April, 2025, at 12:00 PM. All students are encouraged to read Article 8 of the notice of competition carefully.
